Android TPad Help Please

Alright, so I just got my android tablet delivered today for my 18th birthday present and it's called a T-Pad.

And it won't connect to our WiFi we have at the house. It says the signal is good and everything, but it just won't connect. However, I'm pretty sure it isn't the router because my laptop works just fine with connecting to them. But I just want to know what would be the problem is with the T-Pad. Any help would be appreciated thanks

Hi bailey, congratulations on your new T-Pad and welcome to the forum. Nice of you to become a member of Android Tablets. Before anything else, try resetting your router. Just turn it off for 30 seconds or so and turn it back on. Just to ensure that it's not a problem with your router, I would try the tablet out at a free Wi-Fi hotspot, tomorrow.
