android wifi question..

i have an asus transformer prime, but has the same problem with acer iconia...wifi works, if tablet goes to sleep, next use no wifi. it shows a connection, but wont work. i have to turn wifi off...then turn it back on and wait up over a minute maybe more. Is this a problem with my router or android?

This is a problem with some of the TF201s, what version of the OS are you running? There is a new patch to .14 that has been reported to fix some of these issues

I am running 4.0, but not sure about much. my dughter had the same issue withher acer running 3.2. that unithadother problems and was returned. my son has an asus slider wth 3.2 and it seems it did the same thing but then quit doing it. mine still has to be turned off and back on hence i thought maybe ot was an android issue. son did get a new router.

thank you for anyhelp you can be. I actually love my atp. not many problems, jst this. its not a deal breaker, just a tad annoying.
