another eager newbie

just ordered an Acer Iconia A500; hoping my android phone exp (first phone with which I've ever been happy) helps with first ever tablet. Had planned on a 7" but got a great deal on this 10" with newer os. This forum looks to be very helpful - and I'll need it.
