Any cheap Tablets/smartphones with GPS?

Question in the title.
I'm just looking for something like the Nook Color(or a smartphone) but with GPS and in it's price range.

I know that you can tether it to a phone with GPS or buy a USB GPS receiver but I'd rather not have to carry 2 things if there's an alternative.

BTW, just in case you're wondering I did try to search for any similar threads/topics in this forum but it wouldn't let me search for GPS because it's too short a word...

There are plenty of things laptops do that smartphones can't, such as word processing, software and web development, tasks that require a ton of multitasking, and anything that demands a lot of processing power, a physical keyboard, or a large screen.

About this A700? It is has GPS and TV, at around $150.
