Any problems with ADW and Themes?

I have had a few folks tell me that their NC's lock up or have major issues when trying to use various themes in ADW...

Anyone else hear about this or know about it, or better yet - know a solution/work-around? (And don't give me the "use a different launcher/home app" answer, I already know that one.)

Honestly, I don't know...I didn't care for ADW all that much...or maybe I just liked the dock tray on Zeam better...

Me personally, I'm stuck in between... ADW has the options and I like options, and I like it's transitions better. But I love the simple functionality of Zeam and it's dock is the best i've used so far. Now to find a smarter person to merge the best of both apps into a better launcher and i'll be happy.
