Any Way To Force Update 2.3

I bought 2 of these tablets from some deal of the day websites. One turned on, I clicked upgrade system in settings, it found update and went from 2.2 to 2.3 (shows current version 2 in display). The second tablet I turned on, clicked upgrade system in settings, it instantly says the system has been updated to the current version and shows version 1 (2.2) in the display. Exact same tablets. 1 did the update. 1 does not. Is there any way to force the update? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
