Any Windows drivers for PC when connecting Antroid?

Whenever I connect my D2-912 aka D2 PAD to my computer via the supplied USP cable, my Windows XP "finds new hardware", but unfortunately, it cannot install it. Were there ever any inf driver files for Windows XP or other Windows versions that recognize the Android tablet? In the found new hardware ballon it says "Android" So it it close.

Unfortunately a lot of people have that same problem, frequently with no solution. It usually involves some sort of previous device connected to the PC or something totally off the wall and difficult to find. Your best and least frustrating solution would be to use a microSD card or something like AirDroid to transfer files.
