Anyone else using Cyanogenmod 9?

Bought a used tablet that is already rooted and running Cyanogenmod 9 (ICS). I find that it's buggy and that the battery life sucks as compared to my HTC Flyer and my GNex. Wondering if anyone else is using this rom on this tablet? Planning to flash jb when a stable version is out.

Isn't the upgrade to ics already available? - I just ordered today a used one,I like the size better than the 10".
