Anyone know how to push apps to my MDM?

New here, not sure if there is someone at my work who would do this or if there is a way to add new apps to my works apps catalog? we use amtel mdm and the whitelist makes everything easier but i need to add new ones depending on what tablet i pick up that day

my company has been using Amtel MDM for a while now. i think they mentioned something about being an admins for my team, but i have to look into it more. it does everything i could possibly need but i need to push more apps silently over the air

came here to ask this very question...my company is doing another trial of mdm solutions and a few of these ter-i-ble...but we've gotta have it. i think it might be a gatekeeper kind of a thing...if they wanted everyone to be able to add apps themselves what would the point of the mdm be?
