apad is turned on but stay on black screen

i have a apad irobot tablet 7'
and the apad is turned on, the green light is shining and the screen stay on black. if i tyr to turn off, only the green light turnes off, but the apad still working, making a litle noise. If i conect in usb, nothing happen.

im from brazil, sorry my english.

I have the same problem my screen doesnt go on at all. It is advertised as eken m002s on the site i buy from.

Only green light comes on and then after a while the volume button up and down makes a noise

Have you try hard-reset? Normally, there is a little hole. you can use paper-clip to press the little hole. Press the little hole for 20 secs. Normally, the device will re-boot by itself. if they can not re-boot. You have to contact to your seller. Let them to repair this device. Good luck

will cost to much to send back to seller (almost the same as what i payed for the thing)....
