APK installer problem

I've got a Coby Kyros MID 8120 and have got the apk's on my sd card and I've put it into the tablet and it recognizes the card but I am lost to what I do next. APK installer asks if I want a Force Stop and thats my only option. please give as much info as possible.

You have to browse the SD card using a file explorer. Probably it came with ES Explorer, so use that application to see the files inside the SD and just click on the apk files to install them.
