App for getting USA ip?

My request comes mainly for use of Amazon app store but I guess this would be helpful to many NON-USA users of NOOK who have restrictions in some sites (like in some youtube videos).
So far I used TOR app, but unfortunately it doesnt work for me.I dont know if there is something else I need to do, but it doesnt mask my Greek ip.
Any other programs that you propose for that?

You're going to need a vpn for that. Once it's set up go into wireless settings and the vpn client settings are in there.
