apps can not download

i keep getting can not download due to error(error retrieving information from server.[RPC:S-5:AEC-0]) can you tell me what is wrong i get that with everything i try to download!

Bob, if you go to settings, then apps. click on all. go down to google service framework. click force stop, then click clear data. Then turn your tablet off wait two minutes then turn it back on it will down load what ever you want.
