Apps menu quirk

Is there any way to alphabetize the apps menu? For me, its confusing and sometimes down right hard to find apps when they're just thrown in a pile. One more quick thing, I cant seem to get the power control widget to work. I like the factory one that comes with most android devices, but wouldn't mind trying a new one if someone has one the they like.

You can manually place apps where you want them by going to the app drawer then---> MENU--->Edit. You can then move app icons where you want them...don't have my tab in front of me, so going by memory here.

alternative launchers, such as Launcher Pro and ADW.Launcher do this automagically

Thanks for the help. I know that I can move them around manually and that secondary launchers do it for you, but I'm pretty happy with the layout the SGT comes with...
