apps not compatable with device

iam using a ainol novo7 elf2 running v4.0.3 and when looking at apps in google iam informed my device is not compatable and i cannot download
can anyone tell me why

As my understanding is that Google Play Store verify your hardware configuration to establish the compatibility and if it is not compatible that is the message you received.

Example you want install a Bar Code Scanner but your tablet does not have a camera...

One way to bypass that is to manually find the .apk file of the app, put in on your tablet (internal mem or sdcard) and,with a file explorer app, click on it to install it

I have the same problem with my hipstreet titan 7`` it has a camera but won`t let me download google play store. says no device founded for most apps.

you could also modify your device to appear as a different device. google play gives you applications it believes is compatible to your device.
