Apps & Widgets Question

I like to introduce myself, im zPETSCOz im only 17 and i just bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 plus. Tgus is my first android device i have evrr owned and used. So far i like it, other items i own are all Apple products. Such as an iphone 4 and ipad 2 64gb wifi+3g.
One question i have is what are some good apps and cool customization widgets are there
