Apps won't open

When I try to open some apps today eg jorte (aagh) it just say error, cannot retrieve data and I have to force close. Many other apps are 'stopping unexpectedly' and force close. This is the first time this has happened. I am not very good with technology! Please help or tell me where I can get help!! Thanks

Wipe data and cache and reboot.

I hate it when that happens, it happened to me last week, you have to restore it and re-download all the apps u had.
