Archos 101 connecting to internet

I have seen numerous posts stating that the Archos will indicate that it is connected to the router with excellent reception, however; the tablet will not connect to the internet. I discovered that by going to Settings > Wireless & Networks > Wi-Fi (on) > Wi-Fi settings (just below Wi-Fi) > Your SSID Connection, i.e. Computer1 > Click on the Forget tab. After this you will need to re-connect and re-input your "pass-phrase" (used when you set up your router), click connect and you should then be able to access the internet. Worked for me after many weeks of frustration. This may have already been posted somewhere, but I have yet to find it. Hope this helps someone who is struggling to get on the internet, and threatening to return their Archos 101. Had mine for well over a year, and am very happy with the tablet.
