i have asus memo pad me172v i by mistake did adb reboot bootloader.after that my tablet restart and say no usb cable connected and when i connect to my pc the android logo appears with text ready for download...pls help me...i want my tablet back...

how i install os on tablet..and i have downloaded the Asus MeMO Pad Kernel Code for Android 4.1.1 JB OS (V0314..pls help me..

Format a microSD card FAT32 and extract on;y the first file to the root of the card then restart if not
