ASUS MEMO PAD WIFI PROBLEM

Hi guys,
I am seeking some help with a Asus MemoPad .Model Number# K00F(ME102A).

Recently got this item.
Initially connected ok to my wifi system.
set up my google accounts and all that stuff.
The very next day after trying to connect again i cannot.
The message on the tablet keep saying the wifi profile is saved and tell you it is secured with wpa/wpa2 psk.
It sometimes says my wifi is not in range.
I did a factory reset to no avail.
Did the restart wifi thing to no avail.
Android version 4.2.2
Kernel version 3.0.36+
WW_3.8.0.77 #214
Build number - asus-K00F-WW_user_4.2.2_3.8.0.77_20130919
000054_201307250000.

Do not know where else to turn
Really hope someone can give me some help here. Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Ron, congratulations on your ASUS tablet and welcome to the forum. Nice of you to become a member of Android Tablets.

Try telling it to forget the saved entry and then select it again.That sometimes works.

You might also try turning the tablet completely off for a minute and then turning it back on. Hold the button in until you get a shutdown message, then say shutdown.
