Asus TF-101 - Can't Connect After Update

Hello to everyone,
I just brought a Asus Transformer TF-101.
on the first day it worked perfectly, but then it had an upgrade to Android 3.2 and since then it would not connect to my Siemens Gigaset SE587. it just says scanning and obtaining IP address.
My other devices are working on the same router.
Could anyone kindly help me resolve this problem.
p.s. I am new at this technology.

Ive got a similar problem, if I leave it switched on for any length of time without using it i get the wifi connect on/off constantly.
switching the tablet of and on is a temperary cure, I just wondered if you had solved the problem?
