asus TF201 data transfer problem

hi, i bought the asus TF201 two weeks ago. when i connect the device to my computer (via USB cable), i am not able open the tablet folders from my computer or to transfer data from my computer to my tablet..
what am i doing wrong?

Try this:

Make sure the tablet is unlocked;
Look for the Asus Sync notification popping up;
if the Sync window is there either hit Cancel or slide it out of the notification bar to cancel it.

You might want to consider a few alternatives as some computers just won't allow a connection through the charging cable to the USB port due to problems with something in the computer either corrupted or blocking it.

A microSD card is the easiest solution for lots of large files but there are some apps on the Google Store you may want to look at. I do most of my file transfers over WiFi using ES File Explorer but check these out.
