I just purchased an ASUS transformer prime tablet. When I go to the online banking website for my credit union on the tablet, it goes to the mobile app rather than the full website and I am not able to pay my bills online. Is there a way I can get it to go to the full website?

In the browser, tap the 3 stacked boxes in the top right hand corner and tick the "Request Desktop Site".
IMO, the Browser app is a bit weak. It does not remember that you want desktop sites. Check out ICS Browser+ from the Google Play store. It fixes lots of bugs in the browser, including the request desktop site one.
You may also want to look into other browsers like Firefox Beta, Dolphin Browser HD, Opera Mobile, Maxathon and Boat Browser to see which one you like best.
