Did some reading, and all devices seem to have the same macid: 0003.7f0e.a219
This may not sound as disastrous as you think. But it also speaks for the lack of preparedness of the tablet for the American market. I believe it also raises doubts that this device has actually acquired the proper licenses as required by American law, such as the FCC, CE, and CCC.
I am sure there will be some sort of workaround
