Given the el'cheapo price I paid for this A13, I'm not surprised that the 2000mAh battery isn't lasting long on a charge. As an eReader however, with everything else turned off, 2.5+ hrs makes it less than useful. So I'm thinking - how about a battery upgrade to say a 3500 level battery?
Obvious issues become:
- can I open the case w/o destroying everything? (no warranty issues)
- are the battery packs available in a similar size (thickness main concern)?
- is the price of a battery worth it, given the machines $90 price tag?
Thoughts, suggestions??
