Best app for Study

im an engineering student and as such i do heaps of writing and drawing on paper and im looking for the best app to do exactly that on an android tablet. Any ideas? preferably an app where i can do both in not 2 different apps as i would like to keep everything centralized. Option for recording while doing all this would be amazing, i heard apple have such a thing for the ipad
