Comics look great on my Acer Iconia A500. With the larger screen there is little need to zoom in on anything unlike on smaller screens. About the only thing I need to do is change to landscape for two page spreads.
If you're interested, I wrote a web application that runs on your PC and converts .cbz/.cbr files into HTML. It allows you to view your comic collection on any device that has a web browser.
