Best tablet for no more that $100

I have played with a couple tablets under $100 and have not been impressed. The latest a Craig 741e.

Are there any in that price range that are really good? I need something I can do skype, VNCremote, watch
IP cameras, watch a slingbox, and do Netflix.

Once the price gets up to a couple hundred dollars I can buy a used iPad 2 which works well and can be jailbroken easily.

I am also curious which are the easiest to root.
