hi every one

I bought a new device from china and I tried to Update it but,it is dost work . a black sreen comes out

also I tried more than 50 files and Rom, but it does not work
Please help me

Got any pix? I can sugest trying to reinstall the OS, if it came with. what came with it? where u buy from? sometime their site will have the original loaded ROMS avail.
