Bluetooth Dongle support for beginners

Hi All,

Just purchased a A10 Boxchip. The USB Bluetooth Dongle I have does not work with it ...

I have 2 questions:

1. Should I buy a specific dongle?
2. Is the issue firmware / OS related and do I need to flash the device or add specific files to enable driver support? If this is the answer any pointers would be appreciated
