Bluetooth problem

Hi,

I'm new and hope I'm here on the right place.

Since some time I can't send stuff from laptop or different Galaxy Tab to my Galaxy3 Lite (SM-T110) and
reverse.

A few months ago this was possible even from my Tab to a Samsung GSM.

Bluetooth is on but it says "no bluetooth device found in the neighberhood.

What could cause this problem?.
