Bluetooth will not turn on / stay on

Hello there,

When ever I attempt to switch ON Bluetooth the tablet says "Turning Bluetooth on" for a few seconds and then Bluetooth turns back OFF.

I've tried doing this with stock android unrooted as well as multiple other ROMS with no luck.

I am currently running KatKiss 4.4.4

Any thoughts?
