So im looking at buying an android tablet but, im not sure it will be able to do what i wanted it to do.
So the long and short of it is.
I run a small rural taxi company and i do everything on paper.
What i'd like to do is this.
Use a droid tablet to record my logs when im driving. Which is basically two addresses(to-from)with times(pickup-drop off) My fare and tip(which are collected in cash)
And at the same time record expenses. And then tabulate this stuff up by day/week/month/year.(fares-tips-expenses)
Times and addresses can be contained in some kind transaction comment or whatever(i just need those in case i pickup someone who committed a crime shortly beforehand, which isnt all that often)
Being able to dump this stuff onto the cloud or sync with google is a plus but not necessary. At minimum being able to dump the info to my pc would be great.
Does anyone know if there are the app(s) to support such a thing? Would save me from shuffling around 10 paper documents a day+filing+sorting through to tabulate everything up.
