calibration help

well i just got this new tablet running android 1.6 and i reset it to factory defaut then upon calibrating it said calibration failed and returned me to the home screen now the screen wont respond to any touch is there anything i can do

i also have this similar problem with my tablet. below is my tablet specs. every time i calibrate it fails.



also, i installed the market (applanet) and when i ran it nothing shows up except the top portion of the website.
