camera/gallery function

Hi, This is my very first forum ever to correct me if I'm not going about this correctly. I can't figure out how to name the albums in my gallery. I also want to download pictures from the micro sd card onto the device and put captions on them. Is this possible?
I'm going on a 3 week vacation in October and I'm taking a camera that I love. I want to put the mini sd card in the camera and then download them daily to the tablet to label and view. Any ideas?

Welcome to the forum!

The gallery app just pulls photos from your tablets storage. The album names are the folder names where the photos are located. Grab a file manager like ES File Explorer or File Manager HD from your favorite App Store to change the folder names.

Not sure of a way to add captions though.
