I was on a customer service call with Costco Concierge and also Vizio rep because I have not been able to detect my Vizio Tablet on my LCD televisions.
At first, the Vizio fellow said the Tablet could not been seen on the TV except with media stored on the Tablet. That is when I posted my thread question.
The story changed later and Vizio agreed to send me a replacement Tablet because my HDMI connection was not working.
Ultimately I received good customer service.
Unfortunately, both this rep and a computer chat rep initially tried to convince me that the problem was my TV (a Vizio and a Panasonic) or the feature was not available.
My VTAB has been very reliable except for the HDMI failure.
