Can anyone help me root my Coby Kyros Android 2.3 MID7012 Tablet?

I used this thread (http://www.androidtablets.net/forum/coby-tablets/27009-coby-kyros-mid7012-4g.html) to obtain the Android Market, but I read over the root process and I'm totally confused. I'd really appreciate help with this, because rooting is somewhat new to me. Thanks

I just have a question is this the one you can buy on amazon.com for 92 dollars and at walmart for about 115 dollars?
