Can Flytouch3 support 2g GSM sim for sms and calls?

Pls i am a noob explain me


I know flytouch3 supports external 3G Huawei E1750 so if i insert a 3g sim can i make calls and sms or can i use 2g GSM sim ... I stay in india...

Can the flytouch support sms and calls when we use the 2g/3g stick...Because it uses Android mobile OS.
