Can I connect to the internet using Bluetooth?

I have a laptop and the OS is XP Professional. I am going on vacation so I purchased a Virgin Mobile 33G Ovation MC760 usb adapter along with a unlimited pay as you go air time. Is it possible to connect to the internet with the Gtab using a Bluetooth adapter on the laptop (basicly turning the laptop into a Bluetooth router)and using the Gtab Bluetooth settings to access the internet.

I think you can hook the USB into your gtab and go from there.
