Can I convert a PORT_ENG file to a MP4 file?

I downloaded Transformers dark of the moon onto the my tablet from the my pc as a wmv file and it will not play on my tablet. Anybody know of a software program they would recommend that will change it to an mp4 file that I can use on my pc prior to moving it to my v-tab? One that doesn't download a bunch of other stuff along with it? I tried Miro video converter but windows tells me that it has encountered a problem and needs to close.

I use Handbrake to convert nonprotected (ie no drm) .wmv files to .mp4's. It works well and is free.
