Can I create a signable pdf with forms on my samsung tablet?

I'm looking for a solution for our outside sales reps who can fill out a customers information via fields on a pdf document (our contract) and at the end have our client sign directly on the screen.

This pdf could then be flattened and saved.

I would greatly appreciate the help with this inquiry.

I'm running froyo 2.2 on a samsung tablet device!

Basically I want to know whether the samsung galaxy 10.1 has the screen functionality that would allow someone with a pen device to sign on the actual form.

I assume I would need some kind of extension to run with acrobat.

I'm kind of lost here!

Actually you need a couple of things...you need a capacitive stylus to be used for the physical signing, and you need an app that allows you to have fillable PDFs.

The pdf with documents to go might do that. I sent him a pm with my email address. I have the paid version of documents to go.
