can i make a phone call using my tablet with 3g dongle ?

hi everyone i'm new to the site !
was wondering if i'm able to do phone calls from my tablet using 3g unlocked dongle mounted with my mobile sim !
in another way , can my tablet turned out to work as a mobile without using the internet ? mainly by using a sim card of a communication company ?

The quick and simple answer is no. The SIM card in a tablet is intended for data. It requires additional hardware to use it as a phone. Phablets are a combination of phone and tablet and they work. However, in some countries Google Talk and Skype are available and there are some IP phone apps in the Google and Amazon stores.

So far as I come to know that it is not possible to make a phone call using tablet until you have connect additional hardware. You should to use google talk or Skype for this purpose.
