Can I transfer app data from one tablet to another

Hi All.

I'm new to the tablet scene and am don't know much about what I can/cannot do with my Asus Transformer tablet. Prior to this, I had (or still have) an Acer Iconia.

My question is... Is there an easy way for me to transfer my application data, like save game info from Plants vs. Zombies or Angry Birds, from my Iconia to my Transformer?
