Can not download apps plz help

hi i own a MID 70006 GOOGLE ANDROID 7" TOUCH TABLET which i,m having trouble with downloading apps i signed in to the android market place tried downloading but it says it can not detect android phone or tablet can some one please help me with this...many thanks:confused:
