Cannot install Flash - Help needed please

Hi


I have an Acer A500 Iconia 3.1 and cannot install Adobe Flash. It says I need to update my OS but in settings it says I am up to date. How can I download Flash? I really need it to view certain things. I understood before I bought my Tablet that I would be able to view the things I wanted, thats why I bought it.



Can anyone help me please.
