Cannot turn on WIFI on Haipad M701-r

I can't turn wifi on! I've gone into settings, Wireless and networks, Wifi - turn on wifi.. But it just comes up with error... I have also tried to set up my wifi but it will not let me, i enter my settings and press save and it wont save it. It's like it just disappears. Please help. Thank you

Hi I´m having the exact same issue after upgrading to MalaRom_1.1.0_Android-2.3.3_M701(-R)_4GB_HY_256Mb. Did you or anyone found a solution?? Thanks
