Can't connect my galaxy tab with the Bluetooth to my cell phone

Hi All,

When I connect my tablet to my cell phone they are connected for only around 3 seconds then they disconnect again.
But, when I connected the tablet to the laptop they were connected and I could send photo from one to another.
I don't think the issue is with my cell phone as I tried to connect it to other phones and the same result and I also connected the phone to the lap top and they were connected normally.

Any advice?
