can't get netflix to work on my zenithink zt280 tablet??

I just got a 10" zenithink zt280 tablet and the only problem really is that I can't get netflix, and thats one of the main reason that I got a tablet. I saw on a different thread something about changing the soft key from ipad to android, but i have no idea what a soft key is or even how to get to it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
