Can't use a downloaded wallpaper on a Disgo 6000

Evening, I can't change the wallpaper on my disgo 6000 other than the supplied stock backgrounds.

I've downloaded a Android wallpaper off the net and every time I try changing to a none stock picture I get the following error:
The application Camera (process com. Android.gallery) has stopped unexpectedly.
Please try again.


Any one have an idea to what is causing this, rebooting doesn't work and I've even performed a factory reset but no joy.

I'm currently on firmware update 1.1

Just an update, contacted Disgo support directly and it's gone back to the supplier, still waiting for the replacment to turn up - Only last me a week before being sent back which doesn't sound too promising.
