That completely depends on what the power requirements for your tablet are. (These are listed on the charger block in the "Output" section). There will be 2 numbers like 5 VDC (Volts DC) and 2 Amps (current).
My tablet requires 15 VDC event though it is a USB plug. Using a USB charger (even an iPad one) still only yields 5 VDC and it does not charge. If your tablet charges from 5 VDC and 2 Amps, you can use a regular USB charger (which is 5 VDC at 0.5 Amps) and it will charge slower. iPad chargers are 5 VDC and 2 Amps. Kindle is 5 VDC and 1 Amp.
If your charger is anything but 5 VDC, the easiest solution is to get a power inverter that will convert to household current and then use the supplied charger. You can get one for between $10 and $20 at Amazon.
